Deposits are required to secure all appointments and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Deposit amounts:

• Installations — 1/3 of service total
• Retightening (established clients) — $60
• Retightening (transfer clients) — $75
• Natural styling — $40

Deposits are applied to your service total.

Remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment before leaving.

Accepted payments:

• Zelle (preferred)
• Cash
• Card via Square

You must reschedule at least 72 hours in advance to move your appointment without penalty.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee equal to 100% of the service. This fee must be paid before booking again.
If rescheduling within 7 days of your original appointment, your deposit will be applied to the new session (if available).

Your appointment begins at the scheduled time..not the time of arrival.
Please text if you’re running late.
If we cannot complete the service due to lateness, you will be charged at $50/hour and may need to reschedule.
After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and a full-service fee charged.

Please wait in your car until your appointment time.
Due to space and licensing, no extra guests or children are allowed unless they are being serviced.
For privacy and licensing reasons, photography or video of the service process is not permitted. 

Final looks may be photographed with your permission.

Please arrive with clean, product-free hair (shampooed within 48 hours).
Hair must be free of oils, grease, conditioner, or butters for Sisterlocks® services.

If you feel sick, have symptoms of illness, or have been exposed to illness, please reschedule.
Clients must wear masks when required.
The studio is a clean space...tools, chairs, and surfaces are sanitized between every client.

Every Sisterlocks® establishment includes a complimentary follow-up retightening session within 3–5 weeks of your install. If this appointment is missed, future sessions will be billed at the standard rate.
